Riaz Ladha
Chairman & CEO
As the founder of the Omni Group, Riaz is best described as a blue sky thinker, serial entrepreneur and self‑made businessman. He has a wealth of experience in building, developing and growing successful businesses in the UK and further afield.
A well-respected and firmly established market leader in the UK outsourcing space working within the hospitality and facilities management sector, Riaz recognised the future potential in operational software and Omni Software Solutions was born.
Riaz’s passion has seen the expansion and development of Omni Software Solutions offering, with the success of Omni Hotels and Omni Manage comes the release of Omni Commercial Facilities & Maintenance and soon to be released Omni Hospitals.
Matyas Majzik
CTO, Omni Group and Chief Developer Omni Software Solutions
Matyas is the Chief Technology Officer for Omni Group, leading the Omni Software Solutions development team for Omni Hotels, Omni Commercial and Omni Manage. Born and raised in Hungary, Matyas has been lead developer and head of development for over 10 years for various software development companies. Now with overall 18 years experience in development (Web, Mobile application and IoT) helping Omni Software Solutions to reach its goals.

Andras Ban
Lead Developer, Omni Software Solutions, Omni Commercial and Omni Hotels
Andras was born in Hungary, completed a bachelor's degree as Engineering Information Technologist. Andras has 12 years of experience in building websites as a backend developer. In the majority of his career he managed eCommerce websites in Hungary and in the UK.
Michelle Daniel
Chief Operating Officer, Omni Software Solutions
Michelle, previously Business Development Director APAC, EMEA and Americas has extensive hospitality operations experience. Recognising the growing value of technology within the hospitality, commercial and retail industry Michelle pivoted to operation software.
Krystian Kalkowski
Manager, Product Development,

Krystian, is responsible for the specification and management of all the app based Omni Software Solutions products. He has a wealth of experience and has spent a number of years in hotel and facility management operations.
